Payout processed but not received. Who do I contact?

Hi everyone. Yes, my payout is technically done, but I didn’t receive any money, and it’s the first time in 5 years.
At the beginning I was thinking of a late (the payment was done on a sunday), but after more than 24 hours nothing is received yet. Any advice on who do I contact?

When normally you get your money during last 5 years?
We( all the authors) get it on the 15th of the month. Are you talking about June payments which you suppose to get on the 15th of July?

When will my payout be processed?

Envato market Payouts are processed on the 15th of each month . To be eligible for a payout on the 15th you must have been eligible by the last day of the previous month.

For example, to receive a payment on the 15th February, you would need to have a payout account set up and the minimum required for that payout destination on or before 31st January.

I likewise face a similar issue for string fishing pole in August however following 23 days I accepted my cash.
