Hello. For some reason, my settings for withdrawing money were reset and I did not receive a payment to my Payoneer account this month.

To being loaded, Payoneer must review any received payments. To approve the payment, additional information may be required in some instances. Check Confirmation Center in your Payoneer account that can be tracked down under the Settings menu to check whether there are any forthcoming solicitations for data or reports.

We are experiencing a problem. We sent some documents to verify the ID and questionnaire but itā€™s been more than 5 days and still no response for payoneer

I see two documents: i.e ā€œglobal payment service questionnaireā€ and ā€œBusiness profileā€ looks to be under review, while Natianal ID has been approved. and payment from ENVATO ELEMENTS appears to be still pending.
please provide a solution
