why my payment was returned?
I submitted my ticket but no one answered me… so why do you aim for us to do a fast support system for customers?

my previous month’s payment from Market & Elements was returned.

It’s probably you have set-up the payment method wrong ( on the new payment system )
I did it correctly.
If you’re sure that everything set-up properly, there may be an issue with Envato payment system as it has been reported several times already ( you can check the forum, latest posts for 30+ days )
You will need to get a respond from the Envato support ( ticket ). It may take 5-7 working days meanwhile avoid creating duplicate tickets.
