I cannot make a purchase in Envato Elements. Everytime I make montly subscription payment, the website kicks me out of my account and I cannot login. I tried 4 different accounts, different payment methods, different device and browsers, all getting the same error. Not getting any help from their support.

To me it sounds like there has been a good reason why you have been locked out, but if this is a genuine issue then you need to contact them. No-one on the forum can help you with this.
