Paid via PayPal but No Download?

I’ve paid for an audio file via PayPal, and have had an email from PayPal confirming payment sent to Envato, however on the Envato end it’s showing 1 item in my cart still, unpaid! I urgently need this file ASAP for a work project and am feeling pretty frustrated. My first purchase here (sort of!) and now possibly my last, shouldn’t be this hard. Any advice gratefully received.

Thanks, I did about an hour ago but assumed they are probably handling many enquiries and doubtful would get to mine very quickly?

Have you checked your Downloads folder in your Envato account and/or your spam folder in your mail?

Thanks Hyperprod, I have checked both those areas a few times now, just in case there was a delay recognising the PayPal payment, but nothing.
