I have received an email confirming my purchase from pay pal, no email from envato.
I have asked them to resend the confirmation multiple times. Ive checked all my spam folders. It’s been almost 24 hours, no response from support. I am on a deadline, need to either get the files i’ve purchased and was charged for, or dispute the charge and find another site.
