Paid for tech support and just spoke at length to Adobe ....MOGRT files crashing premiere!

Hi,

I downloaded ‘Vintage Film Slideshow’ (and then Beautiful Moments Slideshow, as a test).

I’ve just paid for tech support to check my drivers, then spoke to Adobe and they are suggesting that the mogrt Premiere pro files I am downloading for my latest version of Premiere Pro, are continually crashing the software .

I have a Dell XPS15 9570 laptop, Windows 11 Pro, 16GB RAM.

Need help ASAP please - the project is due in a week!

Who did you pay for tech support? The author of the items? Adobe?

Unfortunately (as standard) downloads from Envato elements do not come with support.
