Mogrt is broken

Hi there, how do I contact the creator for the video template below?

The mogrt is broken when uploaded to Premiere Pro.

Hi,

Mogrt file works with Premiere Pro CC 2019 and newer versions (see also description of the item).
(I guess if you use older version of Premier Pro, you also need After Effects to be installed and some mogrt files still need it)
Envato Elements items come without support.
Though the author name can be found on the item page and you can try to contact the author via the profile page.
Please keep in mind that it is really up to the athor to reply (or not) as Elements items come without support. Here you can have a look at this article about this.
