according to Ben’s announcement only first time payment will take 4-5 days. I am not sure but you can see if it will be received within 4-5 days. If not you will need to contact Envato author support.
Hi @WormwoodMusic. I’m recovering (thanks!), but not as quickly as I’d like to 
I’m officially back to working normal hours again today, so I’ll take that forum status down from my account.
The payments now go through a few stages:
- Outbound payment from Envato to payment processor (completed on Monday 16th, this month)
- Payment received by your payout method (e.g. funds would reach Payoneer 1-2 business days after we send them)
- Payment available in your account (e.g. Payoneer’s internal processing time before they release those funds)
The first two of those have been completed now, so we’re waiting on the third one. Payoneer quote “2-5 business days” for their internal processing - anecdotally this tends towards the longer end of the scale for a first payment, and then much closer to the shorter end of the scale for subsequent months.
It looks like the main factor involved in longer first-payment times is that they will need to go through a series of compliance checks before each account is verified in their system.
@anchor_point_heshan See the points above for the process. Are you waiting on a Payoneer payment, or a different payout method? If your payment is going via Payoneer, it will currently be at the stage where Payoneer’s internal processes (and delays) are involved.
@AnDerington A $25 fee must be from a USD payment to a non-US bank location (sent via the SWIFT network). Some authors choose that method as it lets them directly receive their earnings into a bank, instead of a third-party service - it does have the highest fees of any payment method though.
It looks like you’re in Ukraine, which means some of the payout options (PayPal and local currency bank transfer) won’t be available to you. However, you could use a US-based receiving account or virtual wallet service like Wise or Payoneer. Both of those services would be able to receive USD, and when the sender and receiver are within the USA, the transfer fee is only $1.

My suggestion is, just to be patient with the new payment method, we need to understand how our money is processed. My longest payout process is 5 working days. It’s still 2-3 days since the payment sent so I don’t see anything wrong here, too early to determine the payment failure.

I received an email about the payout. “You should receive your payment on Wednesday, October 18, 2023”. But I still haven’t received the money via Swift Bank.
Where does my money go if I have an issue with my bank?
Why was there so much hype about the new payment system if nothing has changed? I thought Evanto could now send payments directly without a commission. I hope it can still be configured in the settings…
I have not received an email from Elements. I sent all the required documents two weeks ago. Support wrote to me that everything is fine. BUT THERE IS NO LETTER ABOUT PAYMENT!!! TODAY IS THE 18TH!!!
The money has already arrived from the market. There is not even a letter from Elements.

I think you can wait 1-2 more day for element letter. Last month i got letter on 20th day. Just be Patient.
My colleagues have already received payment into their accounts and I haven’t even received a letter. What a wild random thing. I’m on my nerves every month.

i dont get my payment yet. but, envato sent me an email that my fund was sent. i dont received the fund yet. By the way, i use Wise as a payment method. can you check it?
