Then check your spam folder, chances are your file has been rejected. If you don’t see it in your dashboard, and you don’t see it in your inbox, it means your item was rejected.

As mentioned above, you most certainly have, but it landed in your spam folder, this can happen. You can contact Envato Authors Help and Support and ask them to re-send you the email if your mailbox automatically deletes the spam folder.
