Item deleted or rejected, I didn't receive any email

:expressionless: I’m disappointed, I’m a new graphic creator on your platform, I designed an item for 1 day, I upload my content to sell it… I’ve been waiting 7 days for your review and for no reason, without an email, now the item has been deleted I did so much work.

It is disrespectful that a platform like you do not explain to me why they removed it

I already checked my mail in spam and unwanted they did not send me any mail explaining the reason it is disappointing that they have such a slow review service and that they delete the item for no reason

If you didn’t receive the Item review notification email and you have checked your spam email then check your email settings (Settings => Email Settings) in Envato market Dashboard Settings, is there a check mark for Item review notifications.

For reference if you were hard rejected then you will still not get detailed feedback.
