Dear Team, I am facing lot of issue while uploading demo data. I also raise tickets for support. But their is no response from them.
Yesterday i buy Gunter theme. from EnvyTheme but now they are not supporting me to solve the issue.
Please anyone can help me. when i try to install demo data it give error " Request failed. Error code: 404"
Hey, Theme build author so I thought others don’t know techinical acpect fot this team related. I suggest you can waite for author reply. That woulbe better for easy solution. Incase any issue in the original theme authors only hel you.
But they are not replying. What if they are not supporting me. From where i ask for help. If they are not able to help how to i claim for my money back.

@EnvyTheme reply very quickly to item comments and that’s a high rated theme.
Their support says it can take 1 business day (guideline not guarantee) to reply, so I would give them a chance if you only purchased it yesterday.
Out of interest what is the issue you are having with the demo content?
Sir i can wait for reply from EnvyTheme but if they are not support me any kind of then i want my money back. I have to limited time to complete my website work.

You would have to submit a refund request as per the link from @SPRUKO BUT this does not guarantee a refund unless it meets the requirements and it will take at least a few days especially over a weekend.
I would be confident that the author will reply soon.

What is the issue you are having with installing the demo content?
When you say @EnvyTheme are not supporting you - you only purchased the theme yesterday right? Support is guaranteed to be instant but that doesn’t mean they are not going to help esp as they have a very good reputation on the marketplace

I can understand. I just want it my theme works properly nothing else. Everything is ok but when i try to install demo content it give an error as shown in attachment.
They can just solve this issue so that i can do my work smoothly. I have limited time to complete my work. I don’t want my money back i want the theme which i purchase is work properly.
I raise my issue lot of time through support tickets, also through mails. but till the time no any response from them.
