I bought from infinit and theme not installed properly even not import demo data. 5 days ago i have send support ticket and seller not respond. so guide me what i can do. I bought theme $99.

Hey there mate. When you purchase a file from the marketplaces you get 6 months included support with your purchase. If the author is failing to respond or provide the support you’re entitled to you are eligible for a refund and can send a request to the author using this:
If the author rejects your refund request, you can dispute this in the refund window you open and Envato will step in and assist.
