Although I have paid for support, no one has responded to my ticket posted on April 16th. I am not happy with the service and wish to have my money refunded. I have used Theme Mountain in the past with success, sad to see that they cannot provide the same level/no level of support. If I can not get support or a refund, I will chalk this experience up to another online scam, so sad.
