No response from GraphicRiver

Hello, I tried uploading the logo into the graphic river but did not get any reply at all. file just disappears from the dashboard. No email or any message. I want to know if the file was approved or rejected If rejected then why so that I can work on it. Thank you.

At each stage of the review process, you will receive an email updating you on the status of your submission. The email will outline if the item has been Soft or Hard Rejected .

  • View the status of your submission via the email sent to you by the Quality Team.
  • If the email subject line contains “Needs Improvement”, your item has been Soft Rejected.
  • If the email subject line contains “Rejected”, your item has been Hard Rejected.

If you didn’t received any email (check spam also) then Contact Author Support and let them know. Support Team will be happy to assist you.
