It’s been 10days since I’ve raise a ticket regarding my problem that , my envato credit / account funds got disappeared from my account, since now there is no response from the envato team , my ticket number is 3786892 , raised on 5th February 2025,
Please reinstate my money back in my account/ envato credit , I can’t see any earnings in balance tab in earnings,
Are you a contributor and if yes then Your earning is shifted to Balance in Earning Tab where you can find Author Desh board from where you can see your Credit.
I came to know from the forum that envato takes credits if not used in 1 year, and it’s been more than 1 Year , please refund/ reinstate my credits in my account, I want to buy more items urgently
You can’t find a solution here, as the support may be slow but you will have to wait a respond from them although, I’m not sure how long ago it was but if it’s quite long time, you may not be able to get the credit back.

Social media or forums will make zero difference - the only option is to be patient with the ticket that you have open already.
Still there is no response from envato team
