When did you get the email above?

Most likely the delay is with your bank and the refund being deposited.

Did you get that message more than 5 business days ago… i.e. before Monday the 31st? If so, you should contact support. If not, then you should get it soon.

Depending on the banks, sometime it takes up to 10-15 working days to see the amount on your bank account.

I made complaint here because support is not replying to any of emails which i am sending from last 2 months, that company is a fraud company so please remove that author and please help me refund my money

Before refund the author removed the product from my downloads so not able to connect to support via link provided by you

Is there any other way to get refund or make complaint because this is clear case of cheating and fraud

The author cannot remove items from your downloads.

You can still contact Envato to discuss it. Envato Market Help and Support

Thanks But No Use

Because Envato team sent me the refund form and immediately removed the product from my downloads. Envanto team committed refund in 2-5 business days and now its more than 2 weeks no refund or no communication either from Envanto team or Author

I am stuck and looking for an alternative options to get my money from author
