New Author Dashboard - Elements earnings looks like frozen

Hello,

On May 11 I received the e-mail “Your brand new Envato Author Dashboard is here!” with a link to the new dashboard. The link works, but the earnings for Elements is frozen since then - it only shows the earnings until April 8 (which is more then 33 days delay).
The old dashboard is frozen at April 8 as well.
Can you please tell me what to do, I feel like I’m blind here.

I see. Thank you. All I could find was a topic from Sep. '20 but now everything is clear.
