Elements earning report still showing May 16? (Now fixed)

Hi, earning reports not updated for last 2 days. It is showing till 16 may reports on dashboard? Is it same for all?

Hi all. Our Data team is fixing this at the moment - we have Elements Earnings data up to the 19th, but it’s currently not showing up on the embedded Author Dashboard reports.

I’ll update this thread once I have more information.

Hi all!

As reported last Friday, we had an issue with the Elements Earnings component of the Author dashboards: daily earnings data was still being calculated, but it wasn’t appearing on the embedded dashboard reports. Statuspage updates for this issue can be found here:

Other parts of the report (Market earnings, item performance, trends and insights) continued to run through the weekend, but the Elements Earnings data was not updating beyond May 16, 2024.

This issue has now been fixed, and daily Elements Earnings are available on the Author Dashboards again - currently showing up to May 21.
