@BenLeong @KingDog I know you probably won’t see this until Monday but my Elements Dashboard is messed up. August 31 earnings just posted but instead of showing the total for August next to it, it shows the August 31 amount as the total for September.
I have the same issue. I also posted today about it in another topic here about earnings.
Same, but in my case I find solution just remove /earnings from link in browser and it’s working well. Like this https ://author.envato.com/reports
I tried that but my earnings are still skewed.
@orien I’ve submitted a ticket and posted here but still no resolution to this Elements dashboard issue. Earnings seem to be off by one day. Does that mean there is a day missing from August?
@BenLeong any update on this issue? Earnings still seem to be a day off.
Hi, I noticed my earnings for September 6 haven’t been updated. Do you also have the same issue? @MargJohnsonVA
Because the dates on my dashboard are still skewed, mine is stuck on Sept 4.
Sep 6 data should be available now, with Sep 7 arriving later today - I’ve just checked a few author dashboards, and can see it in there.
It looks like there was a delay yesterday during the Market database upgrades: the Author Earnings dashboard was designed to receive Elements and Market data at the same time, before publishing each day’s update. When the Market data was delayed, that also prevented the newer Elements data from being displayed.
That’s now been decoupled, so the Elements earnings data should continue updating each day. Market data is running a couple of days behind, but shouldn’t prevent the Elements Earnings updates from being published each day.
There’s more information about the Market dashboard delays here:
EDIT: I’ll close this thread to share updates in this one instead:
