Never Show On Pupular Items of the week?

Hi,

I am asking why my item Atlas is never in the popular item category every week? even though every week they sell 30+. It happens to all my items. Is it automatic or chosen by envato staff? I’ve sent tickets twice and all the answers are unclear. @KingDog or @BenLeong

It’s an automatic system. I believe the selling period is based on the Australian time zone which may be causing some confusion. But that’s just a guess. I’ll need to ask around. Thanks!

Thank you very much for your response. But Atlas never showed on popular week since it was launched almost 2 months. Instead items from other authors with sales of less than 10 appear. Maybe someone can explain on this forum?
