Hey guys,
I’d really appreciate your advice on how to improve my designs. I’ve submitted 3 templates so far. And all of them have been hard-rejected with the note “unfortunately we found it isn’t at the quality standard required to move forward, and you won’t be able to re-submit this item again”.
The themes were approved on other marketplaces. But I would really like to become a themeforest author. So all your valuable comments are welcome! 
Great Work and you put lots of efforts (already approved on other marketplaces). There is no single method to get the template approved at themeforest. Same type of design, Negative spaces, Typo, internal page broken, MIT Licence etc. may be some stopping points.

Maybe you other marketplace approved, if you want sell themeforest also you can change non-exclusive from exclusive you earning money 30% maybe approved it, regards.

Yeah, I’ve already tried to submit it to themeforest as non-exclusive items.
Than maybe envato and other marketplace differents rules of upload item. maybe themeforest hard rejected because copyright, licenses, etc
Themeforest quality standard is very high in comparison to other marketplace. This might be the reason all of your template got rejected.
Just had a quick view over your first template and I feel like the WOW effect is missing from the design. Here are some of my personal thoughts:
