What I have to do to improve the template? Is it too simple for the market?

Reason for rejection : the template isn’t at the quality standard needed to continue forward with the review process on ThemeForest. As the submission is too far off the standards we require, you’ll be unable to re-submit on this occasion.

Unfortunately this is a hard rejection!
After checking the demo url you provided all I have to say: No! This can’t and will not be accepted. Sorry if I am so drastically but this is the reality.
Please allow some to to accommodate with the quality and standards from ThemeForest by checking accepted themes.
Your item needs work in terms of: fonts/color combinations/images/spacings and many other points.
