At a first check your theme looks pretty ok, but prior a submission please take into consideration the following things:

Hover consistency. The top left links from header doesn’t have any hover.
- Alighment issues:
- Spacing issues:
- Consistency of social media links from header vs social media links from footer.
- Border / text style inconsystencies
- Huge space below page content -> http://www.operce.com/wp/mansh/about/
- Alignment issues on shop page:

- Shop / Single
And more.
As I said before, the theme has a nice concept / color palette. Pay attention to these small details and it will be there
