Need refund, bought wrong version of theme

Hi there,

I would like a refund on a theme I recently bought.

I bought a HTML template instead of WordPress version, all tho I bought WordPress version too.

The themes name that I would like to be refunded on is Sport - Sporting Club Template https://themeforest.net/item/sport-sporting-club-template/8560417 - the cost was 22$.

Generally you don’t deserve cause

  • They bought the item by mistake.

Hi

I have seen the html version you bought the author of html has also wordpress version. So, If you bought wordpress version of the theme from the same Author then you can contact the author and request them to get refund for html version. You can contact here. Hope author will assist you as you have bought both version from them.
