Buyer Bought HTML Version by Mistake but he need WP version

Hello ,
For Mistake Purchase Refund not allow but buyer bought “GymEdge” HTML version he message me bought HTML version by Mistake he need WordPress Version of “GymEdge”

Can any one tell me in this case Refund allow or not?

Hmm, this can be a strategy to get a easy refund but it also can be a real situation. You can ask the buyer to purchase the wp version, then you will release the refund for the html one.

same thing happened to me, bought html version of “gaze” but need wordpress.
I will buy the wordpress…how do I get refund for the html?
