I’ve an Envato-Elements licence, so I downloaded this plugin and I’ve installed it into my website.
I can’t import my ebay products. My account is logged in correctly, but the plugin doesn’t find my products.
I’m trying to write to AA-Team assistance but for doing that I have to insert the plugin’s licence code, and whereas I have an Envato Elements licence, I don’t have this code.
How can I have support?
I just have to know why this plugin doesn’t work correctly, and how can I solve this problem and import my products from ebay.
