Howdy! I’m using WZone on Wordpress/ WooCommerce and I’m having problems when importing products in the Non AWS Keys Import feature. It only gives me the option to import products as simple and not import with variations from the drop down.
Is it ( the purchase ) from Elements or directly from Marketplace?

I purchased this from Code Canyon which required an Envato account. I just can’t believe I can’t get support for this and this will decide if I keep paying for this plugin or not which actually renews in a week or so. I really won’t be using it if I can’t import affiliate products with variations…
I did research before buying it and I purchased it specifically for that feature. I watched tutorial videos and read guides before buying the plugin. It also mentions that feature in the plugin description. It just isn’t working properly for me. Without this feature working it’s not a functioning plugin.
This isn’t a question on how to use the plugin but more of how do I fix this bug/ get the plugin to work?
The plugin developer has not responded for over 2 weeks and I am in a hurry for this client’s website.
As the support is being provided by the item author, for us, it’s more like work.
