Need help with Ticket, unable to buy a theme with Balance + payment wall.

Hello,

I want to buy a theme from OT, which costs $44.

And for the same i added $40 in my envato balance, now am unable to buy it without them asking for adding more $20 (Minimum), as i cannot find option to use both Envato Credit + Paypal,

So, is there a way to get it done? I have opened a ticket too, but havnt got any reply.

I don’t think there is this option - it’s either having enough credit or buying direct with a card and the $2 surcharge.

If you already submitted a ticket then they will be best to advise.

Thats kinda absurd, am ready to pay the surcharge, but i want to use my balance too…
