Need help on referral link

I want to confirm if I use this URL for affiliate marketing then will this be considered as my referral or do I need to go to impact and create a unique link from there.

old referral (?ref=USERNAME) will not work. you have to create the referral link using impact account.

yes i seen the impact portal and created link but that takes to envato page.
How can i create referral link like old days so i can send user to particular item page.
