"Need Help: Logo Upload Rejections and Disappearance Issue"

Hello Envato Community,

I hope you’re all doing well. I’m facing a rather frustrating issue with my recent logo uploads, and I’m hoping that some of you experienced authors could lend me a hand or share your insights.

  1. MyLogo: First Logo Upload Rejection

My first concern is regarding my initial logo upload, titled “MyLogo.” Unfortunately, it was rejected without any clear explanation of whether it was a hard or soft rejection. I’m eager to improve my work, but I need some guidance on what might have gone wrong. If any of you have experienced similar rejections or have tips on how to meet Envato’s quality standards, I’d greatly appreciate your input.

  2. Tropical Logo: Second Upload with Similar Issues

I recently tried to upload another logo, titled “Tropical Logo,” and I’m facing a very similar issue as with my first upload. It initially appeared in the queue for review, but then it disappeared without a trace. It’s not in my hidden items, and I haven’t received any notifications regarding its status. This is becoming quite perplexing, and I’m not sure how to proceed.

Additionally, I’ve noticed that I’m not receiving any notifications for these upload processes, which might be contributing to the confusion.

Has anyone else encountered such issues with disappearing uploads and a lack of notifications? Any advice or insights you can offer would be incredibly helpful.

Thank you in advance for your assistance and for being a supportive community. I look forward to your responses.

Best regards,
Danilo

If the items vanish they are hard rejected.

You can always share the previews here for feedback.

Check you have the right notifications turned on

What do you think charlie4282?

First one is a bit outdated

The second I prefer but is very detailed for a logo and would not be sure how readable etc that would be in smaller applications.

This is the most crowded category around and while certainly the second here is better than some of the rejections we see shared in these forums, unlike other categories it is a little bit of a question of persistence

@SomethingDesign is better placed than us to advise

First logo is outdated. Second one is more like clipart rather than logo.
