I bought the product (Support Servce). but when I go to the download section for the code, I don’t see the product there.
Although I have sent an e-mail to Envato Support 2 times, I cannot get an answer or help.
You will need to wait for the reply, do not create multiple tickets, it’s not gonna make the things faster.
Meanwhile, if you need to download the item, just go to the item page. The download button should be available there.
I bought support, there is no product page for support, it appears under the theme and there is no download facility there. I also need coda as I wrote.
If you post the item comments, you will get the “badge” as supported.
