Purchased code not visible in download area

hello comunnity, we have already bought a code for a support for a theme that we urgently need yesterday and twice today.

The purchase does not appear in the download area.
Although the purchase was confirmed by Envato with a purchase email and deducted from Paypal.

Where can we please find the purchase so that we can use the code to provide support for the Wordpress theme?

Do you please have a tip what is wrong here?

Hi @digitalewunder,

If you extend support period any one of the purchased license/item then it will will bump up the support date for that license/item. And your purchased item should be updated accordingly.

If you feel something wrong there then please open an Envato Customer support Help ticket and let them know. Envato Customer support team will be happy to assist you.
