I suffered a rejection of my item, which in this case is a theme that I developed, but not because of an error or lack of quality but because I did not have permission from the owner of the WoWonder social network script (Deen Doughouz) and I would like to understand how to resolve this , I spent months, days and nights creating it, if I have permission I can send it again for review, but how do I send proof of permission?
[CodeCanyon] Your item, Wondergram - The Ultimate WoWonder Theme, has been rejected
Thank you for your submission. We have completed our review of āWondergram - The Ultimate WoWonder Themeā and unfortunately we found it isnāt at the quality standard required to move forward, and you wonāt be able to re-submit this item again.
Here is the feedback from our review team:
Sorry but you need to get permission from the author of wowonder to offer this item.
We appreciate the effort and time youāve put into creating your item. And weād be happy to help make sure your next entry will meet our submission requirements. Hereās our advice:
Contact them and ask if youāre allowed to use their script to sell the theme for it.
If they are OK, you can request a ticket ID for the collaboration
Bear in mind that they may not let you sell the theme on your own or ask payment/commission.
If the script has GPL, you may not need their permission as it falls under āfree to useā condition. In this case, you will need to inform the reviewer about the license, then you should be fine
Thanks for the answer, but I have a question, I had an addon approved as it offers a resource for WoWonder, but I have a question as to why addons are allowed but themes require permission from the author, what would be the difference?
I have edited the post, please, check it again.
Thatās the question you need to ask reviewer . You can create a new ticket at Envato support page and request information
@Themelated is selling one theme for the script, you can contact and ask for some information if they needed to provide āagreementā

Iāll ask him and clear up any doubts, but Iām happy that I managed to exceed his expectations of quality and responsiveness and know that his only barrier is permission.
Iām waiting to hear back from Deen. I sent him the theme design, now Iām waiting for a response from him.
They are slow but I meant from @Themelated
I believe that Deen is very busy, but I spoke with Envato support and the response has to come from Deen for the theme to be accepted on Codecanyon as he is the official creator of the Script in which I made the theme.
