Thank you for your submission. We have completed our review of “Empro - Employee VCards” and unfortunately we found it isn’t at the quality standard required to move forward, and you won’t be able to re-submit this item again.

The idea and the design. It’s basically “Team members” section that you could find lots of better options for free. - Those most of the themes has in-built system for it.

Thank you for response. That shouldn’t be a problem. Should be considered as an alternative to other scripts. I don’t undestand

It doesn’t have good features to be sold as “Premium Item”

Hello! The problem is not your item. The real reason is that the approval team is biased and works as per their mood not as per the rules and regulations. And I can prove my words.

I went through this article (https://help.author.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000471066 ) where Envato team explained “Item information and metadata requirements”. There is a heading name “Blacklisted Words” ( Screenshot by Lightshot ). I am taking these two words “Ultimate” and “Pro”. Now check this link, ( Screenshot by Lightshot ), these items are approved and listed on codecanyon website that contains both words “Ultimate” and “Pro”, these items clearly violate the rules and regulations of Envato. So if the Envato team is working as per the Rules and Regulations set by them then how these items are approved and still listed?

I have mailed them but they didn’t clearly reply me this question. Again I mailed but 10 days passed and there is no reply from Envato.

So I think you and other authors got the answer to why your items are getting hard rejected.

Thanks

Some of the authors are able to change the item names without reviewers approval. You can always contact Envato support and report this violation. In some cases, it may take long to get a proper answer when the multiple items are involved.

In addition, the “name/tag” rules came after long time. - I believe around 2019/2020.
If the item has been uploaded before the rule applies, it will be ignored.

But this is not the case. The design and features are too simple to be sold as “premium” item on the marketplace. I could manage the same results with free WordPress extensions.
