My item hard rejected from Themeforest - Need Your Feedback!

Hello to all friends
After a lot of research and investigation, I came to the conclusion that the best products for buyers on the themeforest.com are the admin panel templates.

For this reason, I was involved in designing an admin panel template for several months.
I tried to follow all the things that are considered by the themeforest
1- I put a complete and comprehensive guide file
2- All the images and files I used were all free and I put the download link from the original source.
3- I tried to make the appearance of the admin panel user-friendly
4- I did not load any additional files.
5- I designed appropriate product images and infographics.
And …

But with all these works, unfortunately, it was hard rejected. And I have not been given proper feedback.

Themforest quality standard and requirements improved much. for getting approve have to provide unique aesthetics design with best UI and have to put premium design. Your item does not provide the necessary design quality to compete in the marketplace at this time. As higher-quality designs become available in the marketplace.

With respect just my personal opinion your template has issues as like premium design lack (visual is really not a premium one), spacing issues, typography & visual hierarchy, contrast issues. you have to provide unique aesthetics design with best UI. You have mixed Documentation and Demos where you should make a separate Documentation.
