Your script features aren’t enough to be approved on CodeCanyon.
Also, there are no appropriate options to change things, e.g. logo or meta description, etc.
P.S. Using some framework (e.g. Laravel, CodeIgniter) is recommended.

I agree with @zaibstudios. Also we saw you used cdn etc. You should not use cdn etc. You are asking to change everything by coding. Since all buyers here are not developers, you must bring the option to change from admin panel.
