My item got hard rejected

I recently submitted a script on CodeCanyon, and within just two hours, I received an email stating that my item was hard rejected, with no option for resubmission. My item is a SAAS-based organization management app that allows organizations to purchase subscriptions and manage their hospital through various features available in their package. I’m quite surprised by the quick rejection and frustrated that no specific reason was provided for the decision and the rejection mail I got in less than 2 hours. Which doesn’t seem enough time to fully review an entire application and its features.

Could anyone offer insights or share why my item might have been rejected so quickly? It would be helpful to understand the reasoning behind this decision.

Although we don’t know exactly, it may be copyrighted images, it may not meet market expectations, or there are stronger elements in this style.

This was my fourth submission, and none of my previous ones were hard rejected. However, the reply email I received was vague and didn’t clearly specify any particular issues to address. I made sure not to use any copyrighted images and followed the Envato standards. It’s quite frustrating not having clearer feedback to improve upon.

This is not uncommon with many submissions on CodeCanyon as it’s quite a competitive marketplace with a lot of content and we have a fairly strict quality review process.

It seems there is a recurring pattern: unless you are an established Elite author, your item is rejected without any clear rationale supporting the decision. This raises a question: Is the Envato review team simply scanning items, rather than conducting a thorough evaluation?

Yes you are right i think they are just scanning and doing rejection

If you thoroughly examine the marketplace, you will notice that most, if not all, Elite Authors offer high-quality products and have a significant number of sales. I believe Envato implements a strict filtering process for new items from emerging authors, as they may lack the necessary experience to effectively use the platform. This could be a measure to prevent low-quality submissions and mitigate the risk of fraudulent activities.

One of my items has a featured badge, which indicates that I met Envato’s standards. However, I’m still unclear about the reason for the rejection, as they never provided a clear explanation. This lack of transparency doesn’t quite make sense to me.
