Like the title says my submission got rejected without proper comments and i am quite confused on where should i improve my code.

Item rejected means product must be high quality in envato. Review team can’t tell bcz there may be lot of things to improve in you app. Please follow up the envato product quality standards.

That’s very normal actually unless you are a highly experienced designer / developer.
Usually, reviewer provide some feedback on why they rejected your submission.
You didn’t got any rejection reason from them?
As webmagics suggests, try looking for common rejection reasons and see if you can fix those.
Try using some sort of framework with a proper folder structure so that any developer who looks at your code can understand what exactly is going on.
