  • money in the account, when the account is locked, how to get excess money in it?

  • I created a new account, started the work from scratch?

Depending on the reason for the account being locked you may either forfeit or have to wait up to 12 months for any kind of pay out.

If as an author you were banned or your account locked then you will not be allowed to open a new account and begin selling under the same or a different name irrelevant of if you are resubmitting the same files or new ones.
