Just bought a Matfuri theme, downloaded it into my WordPress. And already, before customizing it, I am being asked to view all the affected files!! apparently we have to update all dated files manually somewhere because you cannot do it automatically inside Wordpress. What a waste of time from a new theme bought on envato. Plus, I have no clue how to do any of this! I recommend you pick a free theme from inside Wordpress to avoid all this as envato clear themselves from any responsibilty, being just a reseller.
I think you can update the theme using the Envato Market plugin. Have you tried that?
Also did you reach out to the author for assistance?
No, and I don’t understand any of this. I bought a theme thinking it was a turn-key theme ready to be used. I wish I could get a refund!

It has a near perfect rating off over 500 reviews and @drfuri are a power elite so it seems unlikely that there would be significant issues with the theme.
AS @baevox suggested you have 6 months support with new purchases so reach out to the author

I keep getting these php files being outdated and I don’t xhave a cluen what they mean.
martfury/woocommerce/single-product\add-to-cart\variable.php version 9.5.0 is out of date. The core version is 9.6.0, and there 4 more files.
You can reach out to the theme author directly, and they will assist you.
