I wait 7 days and I get information "it isn’t at the quality standard’ Can You help me with this problem? Why it isn’t enought quality standard?

I would say it’s due to a few things.
The design and colors are very basic. Nothing that really sticks out or seems exciting.
The text isn’t very clear with it being cut in half, I get what you were going for, but I don’t think it works.
You have “Black Friday” reversed in most, and not in others.
Are the red blotches supposed to be blood???
Your file/design doesn’t really seem to allow for much customisation, which is key for many items. Buyers don’t want to have an identical design as everyone else who buys it, so there needs to be room for customization in some way.

hi indeed, the problem is that with your blots they either do not make sense nor make the item look aesthetic, this is the other way around , so there are all the reasons in the world to ask why they are here … by the way to finish dealing blotch, this shape is very basic kind of very “raw” this is the reason why this is not aesthetic in the end …
what @XioxGraphix failed to mention about reversing the text is that most importantly of all, it makes your centrai text difficult to read, what is not done … and once again, if it brings kind of an originality , let’s face it the item does not look good because of it , too …
basically your item is too simple, not original enough and making very little sense, not to mention that the typo of check is not matching with the rest and the rest of it looks pretty flat …
in the end u have some harmony of colors and this is almost the only thing that u can rely on, so u have a whole lot of work ahead to transform your item in something that can potentially be accepted …
Simply being able to change an email address isn’t enough to make it unique for each buyer. You have the “Check” button and paint splatter flattened on one layer, and the background is flattened, this makes it difficult to move things around or even change the button text.
You shouldn’t try to restrict what the buyer can do with your item, they are paying for it, so they should be able to do whatever they want with the design (besides resell it of course).
Even still, that’s only part of the problem. It seems like it was hard rejected, so just simply changing some of the small details that we mentioned is not enough, you need to completely overhaul it.
And don’t take any of this personally, we are not trying tear apart your work or call you a bad designer, we are only trying to help you be successful and get your items accepted.
most importantly we also try to draw attention on how demanding being a designer is and how hard this is to make a whole for ourselves here , that there is much effort to do more than any other things … it takes time so that this is paying off a bit …
n2n44, XioxGraphix thank you for evaluating my work. I seen Your graphic and criticism of a person like You for me isn’t something wrong. I am glad that You give me some tips and you have solved my doubts. I will try prepare some new items and We will see what happen 
do not forget to focus on quality and thus to take your time to come up with something really solid and worked out all the way
