I am looking for a WP Theme that I can customize so where visitors can get multiple offers from construction workers.
So the visitor will enter the details and then the website is sending the requirements to diffrent (paid member) construction companies and they send the visitor an offer. The visitor then gets multiple offers and can choose the best one.

Sounds like you’re looking for a job board theme. I did a quick search and these are themes theme Themeforest offers. You’ll need to look through them but most allow customers and vendors to signup for accounts and some already include built-in options for you to charge users. Beast of luck with your web design!
