Locked out of account after purchasing theme.

This is my first time using themeforest and immediately after purchasing a theme for a client, I was locked out of my account. I have no way of knowing if their card was even charged for the purchase so I do not want to try again with a new account. I am on a strict deadline and this is really screwing things up!! I already submitted a ticket, just curious if anyone has had a similar issue resolved quickly.
