Licensing question for photo to watercolor

I am new to this site and have a couple of licensing questions before I buy any products.
I am a photographer and looking at using one or two of the Photoshop actions that are for sale to turn my photos into water color pictures. I want to produce these pictures to sell in my local town as postcards and larger prints.
1/ do I need a regular license or the extended license?
2/ do I need a separate license for each different picture and different size that I produce or will one license cover all pictures produced with the one program/action?
3/ Where do I find the pricing for the different licenses?

  1. All photoshop action Items come with tools license:
  2. Check this:

Things you can do with the Tool or App

  • 3.You can use a Tool to create an unlimited number of different End Products. You can use an App for its intended application. Both using a Tool and an App is conditional upon there only ever being one concurrent use of the item by you, the original purchaser.
  • 4.You can sell End Products created using a Tool, to any number of people. As explained further on, the End Products must not contain the Tool or App itself.
  1. Tools license only have 1 pricing options only for tools license.

I am trying to find the licensing price on

Urban Sketch - Aquarelleum - Photoshop Extension but all I see is the non licensed price, there is no dropdown

Thanks for the help, just figured it out. It says unlimited use for end product so one license is good for all
