License PS and Illustrator Brushes

I want to buy a lot of brushes for Photoshop and Illustrator, before buy them I want to know:

1-Can I sell a phot montage and works that includes those brushes?
2-The graphicriver brushes can be used in commercial use? for comercial purposes? for example, to create a picture with different brushes and then sell the picture, the photo, the video that includes that brushes?
3-Where can I download the brushes license? I don’t find it
4-can i used the brushes for unlimited works and for unlimited times, paying them only 1 time?

Ahoy there! Brushes come with a ‘tools’ license, which means you can you can use them as many times as you want, for as long as you want, with just the one purchase. This can be for commercial work that you profit from as well.

The only thing you can’t do is include the brushes themselves in something that you sell or give away. You can use the brushes to create an end product that you sell or give away (say a flattened image or design etc), but you can’t give away the brushes (say a layered PS file that includes the brushes etc)

Thank very much SpaceStockFootage! Only 2 questions:

  1. Can I install the brushes in only 1 compouter? I need them into my work computer, and also my house computer and laptot, can be, or I can only install them in 1 computer?

  2. The last question: in order to demostrate/prove that I have not pirated the brushes, can GraphicRiver give me the license (in a pdf document) of every brush I buy?

Hey Jack.

  1. You can install them on up to 2 of your computers (see clause #2 of the Tools license terms and this FAQ).

  2. When you purchase an item, you get a license certificate with your name, purchase date, item title, URL etc. on it. So it should act as a proof of your purchase.
