Can I use photoshop brushes and pattern purchased in graphicriver to create a new photoshop action?

This created photoshop action then to be sold in graphicriver.

Is this allowed?

hi Ethan, i guess so, otherwise i am wandering when u can use them lol as long as u do not include them in the download, normally all is fine …

You can use brushes only for a final product, picture for example. But you can’t resell items (even as a part of your item). Better to check the web, there is alot of nice royalty free brushes. Or make them by yourself, youtube can help.
