I have downloaded this file in the past and with the new Licenses requirements, I need to get the license file that appears in the Download Section.
However, this file doesn’t appear on my Download Log History.
This is troublesome if flagged by Youtube, which they usually do now, frenquently, to check licenses.

#1 it provides the license file - this happens in most audio files from Elements Envato.
If #1 was not the case, however…
#2 The issue is that the record of the download doesn’t appear in the History Log, which, is an internal issue.
I have tried speaking with support but after a while, all leads here.
