Elements download missing from download page (so I can't get the license.)

I have downloaded (a couple times) a song from Elements (Viva Mexico Download Viva Mexico Royalty Free Music Track)

YouTube flags it, so I need to upload the license.

However, this song doesn’t show up on my downloads page. I know I’m in the right account because I’ll download it and then immediately go to the download page and it’s not there. But I’ll do the same with other music and those songs show up on the download page…

I use a lot of elements music in my YouTube channel, so if it’s possible to whitelist my channel, that would be great. youtube.com/almostretiredinmexico.

Otherwise, I need to find out how to get the license for this song.
