HELP! Song not showing up in "My Downloads" and I need the license.

Hi. YouTube created a copyright claim on a piece of music I downloaded from Envato Elements. I ended up re-downloading the song but it does NOT show up in “My Downloads”. I need to download the license to dispute the claim. Other downloaded items from today like photos and graphics are showing up but why does this song not show up in My Downloads? How can I download the license? Thanks.
